The committee did decide Michigan 1, Washington 2, Texas 3, and Alabama 4.
In all honesty, I believe this should make the playoff games more competitive. It is really too bad that Georgia, who was #1 all year, can lose one game and be out of the playoff hunt, but I'm not sure exactly how the committee could have wedged them in there with that Texas win over Alabama. Sorry, ribit ... looks like Bevo stepped on Uga, again!

Florida State might be pissed about not making the playoff with an undefeated season, but they better hope they don't end up in a bowl game against Georgia, Ohio State, or Oregon because I don't think they will fare too well.
