My sincere condolences to you and all the family !
He was a hero and somehow it was fitting that he go home on Pearl Harbor Day.
God gave him a long life here on earth. NOW he should begin a better life for the rest of all eternity in a new body with no aches or pains or defects. And he will look like himself so you all will know him whenever you arrive at the same location..
I have always held the WW2 vets in high esteem for helping to free the world of the tyranny that Nazi Germany unleashed on the world and joined by co conspirators Italy and Japan.. Those men were fearless and loved their country more than their own lives. They were willing to die for it to protect freedom..
I hope he's having a great time in Heaven with a new body and no aches or pains but He has seen the Lord Jesus in ALL HIS Glory! I am envious...
