Hochul clearly has no clue about Civil War stats for New York State or the history of that state prior tothe Civil War or apparently is clueless about the United States during all the years that led up to the Civil War.

Because she obviously doesn't know that NEW YORK WAS NOT a SLAVE state and did not participate in slavery.
They FOUGHT in the Civil War and supplied a great deal many soldiers who lost their lives who wwere responsible for helping to give all those folks from African descent their very FREEDOM.
WHAT did it cost New York Families?
THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND and SIXTY SIX MEN KILLED and many thousands more wounded with lost limbs.
HOW much of a PRICE does HOCHUL put on the loss of many heads of households and making widows of so many and sons of mothers put on THAT ?
