Hardly hear of anyone around here (eastern shore of Virginia) getting Covid in the past year. I only know of one person who had it last summer. She got it from her mother who was in an old folks home in Virginia Beach. Sadly her 94 year old mother died from it.
My oldest son and his family are in Florida, they have had it four times in the past two years. Three young children who I guess pick it up at daycare,school,the playground,ect. Once one gets it the rest of the family gets it. It lasts about 4 or 5 weeks for the whole family to get over it. And it’s never worst than a mild cold.
I was sick a month ago. Tested negative. I guess it was just a cold. Sick for two days Took ZiCam and it was gone the next day. Zicam works well for me. Zicam has Zinc in some of their products and been harassed by the Feds for their claims about Zinc helping fight colds. The FDA, Security & Exchange, and a labor union have all gone after them. Zicam was developed by an Israel lab.
I take Vitamin D,Zinc,C,Quercetin,Omega3,K and B12 everyday.
