...it would solve the problem if the guidelines stipulated were followed, but what if they Biden admin didn't see it as a problem? Uncle Joe wants all the help he can get emptying the country treasuryl.

All that the U.S. would need to do is to fingerprint illegals who are receiving benefits, and to do a scan to find double-dippers. Voila. Problem solved.
