The real problem is not McCarthy - it's Jerry Jones. He thinks he is some kind of football wiz, but if he wants his team to get back to a Super Bowl, he needs to sit down, shut up, and give the reins over to someone who really knows how to build and direct a football team - and that does NOT include either of his sons.
