why do Black people continually vote for the party that enslaved them as a people?
Southern democrats were the people of enslavement in those days. That's just the way it was and I am not casting aspersions on anyone. And yet these same once enslaved people keep voting for the same party that until staring at the barrel of a rifle in the face would have kept them enslaved.
I simply do not get it nor understand it.
Surely these people are not that stupid? It just makes no sense to me and never has....
