...9 am and 14 degrees here in God's country. Thankfully we have enough grits stored up to carry us through a long spell.

woke up this morning to let dog outside at Minus 7 degrees F and that is not wind chill.

Now I know what its like in southern Alaska. lol!!!

We can get these arctic blasts every once in a while here along the Ohio Valley but they are very infrequent. Winter here at my house which is about 30 miles east of Cincinnati
and 11 miles north of the River is relatively good. Not much snow, only occasionally maybe a couple times a winter and usually not much more than a couple inches.

Thankfully the house stays toasty with no heat loss.

I have to go see my Gastroenterologist doc this morning for y liver and lower colon for the diverticulitis I have developed. HAve no idea why I got that stuff. I guess I didn't have enough things go wrong already..

Looking forward to just getting back to my normally healthy self with plenty of energy. I hate these things that slow ya down and limit one's activities.

Wishing y'all a wonderful day today !

My best to everybody,

micro...
