I also want candidates or applicants for jobs, especially ones where people have to use their brains, to be judged by what they actually know instead of by skin color. Education is the great equalizer. You either have learned or you haven't.

And lastly, there is no place for Ebonics talk in a corporate setting or classroom.

We speak English here. It is the national language.

'Systemic Racism' - what does one call 'affirmative action'? Black priviledge.

American slavery? There is nobody alive today who was a legally owned slave in these United States. There is nobody alive today who was a legal slave owner in these United States.

'The after math of slavery'? Try this. In the 1970's we had busing and integration of the schools. In the 1980's it was affirmative action in hiring and higher education. In the 1990's it was minority set aside programs. Had black america 'gotten with the program' they could have achieved 'economic parity' . . . So what happened?

We got the likes of that claudine gay - former 'president' of 'harvard university' - Serial Plagiarist at large. Obviously a product of the affirmative action and black privilege so prevalent in America today.

We got 'prestigious universities' falling all over themselves trying to matriculate blacks whose SAT scores say they have no business in college. And trying to 'graduate' them and pawn them off as 'educated'.

I want a color blind America. I want an end to racism - REAL racism, not the make believe crap bowman would have U.S. believing.

What we have is BLM looters and arsonists getting a 'free pass' from the 'justice systems' . . .

We got blacks committing racist hate crimes . . . and far too many people trying to pretend it isn't what it obviously was.

The crap needs to end.

You need to tell Jamaal Bowman that it is long past time black america stepped up and actually tried to improve itself instead of demanding welfare and jobs blacks are incapable of performing. 'Reparations' is nothing more than an extortionate shake down and it needs to stop.
