Is Obama the one actually running the White House?

It would make sense with his Marxist sympathies and his disdain for America. And we all know Dementia Joe is not capable of reason or rationale to perform the duties of the office of the President. So somebody else is behind the scenes actually directing things and it's just my opinion that somebody is BHO.

I also do not know why it is not a requirement for Presidents to undergo not only a Physical exam for fitness but also a Mental examination as well.

To have a Dementia addled President is a dangerous thing and this should not be permitted for any reason or any party.
