Re: “The Supreme Court simply removed that injunction barring CBP from removing the wire ”It's probably worth noting that the Supreme Court's justification for allowing the feds to cut the wire was centered on a premise that there may be emergency reasons for doing so - such as to rescue an invader who is in danger of drowning. It had nothing to do with Texas being in the wrong by laying the wire.

The ruling was analagous to, "If police hear what sounds like a crime in progress, they have authority to bust down a locked door even though it may be on private property." This doesn't mean that the homeowner was wrong to have installed a door.

Same for Texas and its razor wire.
