dementia patients as they progress thru the various stages tend to lose reasoning skills and say whatever comes to their minds. Joe is the prime example.

It is really an insight into his real self and inner being.. My father rarely spoke and was a quiet man. So I never had to try to decipher what he said. When he did talk I had no problem understanding him. He was pretty coherent up until the final months of his life. I miss him.

Given Biden's racist proclivities, I'm not sure that the Babylon Bee even had to make that one up, don'tcha know. 

Joe Biden ~ "You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent."

He even said in reference to his future boss ... 

Barack Obama is "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean."
