GM De!

Thanks for the concern. I'm doing okay. Just getting tired of tests for all kinds of reasons. Now they want to do a colonoscopy because they saw something on a cat scan that was about 3 CM in size in my colon.

I can hardly wait to have a scope inserted up my rectum and be naked on a table.. If it turns out to be cancer what do they think I am going to do? I am dying anyway so I am not going thru another surgery.. Its great getting older....

I can only imagine how Ribs feels..

Because of the tiredness I feel like I need to slow down with traveling to see clients. The long overnight trips where I don't sleep well in hotel beds does not hold any appeal anymore.
Plus I still need to go pay for our funeral plots at the administration building in the township.

Unfortunately, I am the head of two families. My own and my wife's. I am the oldest male and the person who winds up being asked questions, as well as miz micro, by all the nieces and nephews, as well as my own family members.
My older brother just had his knee replaced two days ago and because he never does what he is instructed to do, like lose some dunnage over six months of waiting, he is struggling to walk on it but hopefully maybe the in home therapist will get his motor going..

The cardiologist confirmed what I had read from Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic about expected average years of life with my condition..

It's between 5 - 10 depending on the severity of the heart wall before surgery. So because one side of my heart is totally gray damage was done to it and the ejection fraction proved it..

I have been blessed to live a fairly long life and have a beautiful bride who has not changed much at all in all our 50 years together. She is still as pretty as ever.

I now can look forward to going home to heaven and seeing The Lord and Thanking HIM for His wonderful GIFT and sacrifice on the cross for atonement of MY sins. A debt that can never be repaid because only GOD could have done this and the only acceptable sacrificial offering that would satisfy the wrath and righteousness of GOD for our sin was the HOLY BLOOD of God the SON.
I have asked HIM to forgive me and to be my Lord and Savior a long time ago and He has always protected me my whole life. So I have no fear of death. It is merely the portal by which we gain eternal life, a brand new body that looks just like us but never degrades, and to see The Lord face to face and Thank HIM for eternity. Also we wil see our loved ones who trusted HIM that have gone before us and they will be waiting for us at the Eastern Gate of The City of God when we arrive and we shall know them and they us! It will be a grand re-union that will last forever.

I am reminded of an old HYMN that is very true regarding my life and what remains of it.

"This world is not my home, I'm just a passin' thru. My treasure laid up for me, somewhere beyond the blue. The angels beckon me from heaven's golden shore and I don;t feel at home in this world anymore".

This is kinda where I am at. I still want to come and see your new home and property. From the pics you shared it is drop dead gorgeous..

I also want to go to Mount Rushmore and Lake Superior.

So that is my bucket list... Not much but I have always wanted to see them as well as the LOCKS at northern Michigan..

How are you doing?

I imagine that this is an incredibly difficult time for you and your family. I just wanted to let you know that I've been thinking about you... EVERY day. I just don't know what to say except that I sure hope it all turns out well.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. When's your next exam / procedure?
