have you checked the peanuts to see if there were some that actually gold and just made to look like a peanut?

The peanut farmer doesn't make much off his crop but the retailers apparently do..

Was the can fairly good size?

I have a real question...

Do you know what boiled peanuts are? Do people actually eat them? I just saw these for sale at a grocery store nearby that carries things from all over the country and several parts of the world..

To me, a common northerner on the mason-dixon line, that does not sound very good. Soggy peanuts... And I like hot, roasted and salty peanuts..

So, what are BOILED peanuts? Anyone know? I suspect it is a southern cuisine?????

I heard a report on Fox News yesterday that inflation was a plus for many people. People who owned homes with fixed rate mortgage were getting rich with home prices skyrocketing. They’re getting 3-4% pay raises. Claimed that people had more money to spend. This was the Wall Street Journal report. WSJ are a bunch of never-Trumpers.
I’m not sure who it was talking. I was listening on the radio. I think it was Kimberly Strassel. This was a report about how Biden could win the election because many voters don’t care about the economy and inflation. WTF?

This shows how out of touch the media is. Uber rich journalist probably aren’t affected by inflation.

Or maybe it’s the MSM downplaying inflation to help out Biden?

Or maybe it’s just normal media propaganda?

We stopped at a Stuckeys yesterday driving back from Maryland. Bought two cans of peanuts and a jar of jelly. The peanuts were $9.50 each and the jelly was $12.00. The gas was only $3.17

Hey, let’s stop here for gas! $102 dollars later we continue on our way.
