I have had many easy summers and winters after I retired and before mz ribit retired. She see's retirement as an Iron Man Challenge of some sort.

Thanks, but I wasn't planning on growing it. I don't think our growing season is long enough for watermelon. It likes sun and heat. Most summers we don't get much of either. (It usually snows at least once in May.)

Speaking of snow, clo got almost a foot today. The storm somehow missed New Hampshire by about 5 miles. It went JUSSSST South of the border. This continues to be the easiest winter I've seen since retiring. There's almost no snow. It's not even cold. 26° right now (11 p.m.).
