Looks great De!

I had Roma tomato plants, 5, last year. They did real well.

I have plenty of yard space as does Ribit, for a larger garden but I simply am not physically able to maintain it.

Could you take a few pics when that FARM of yours gets going with plants growing? I would love to see it...

You are ambitious but I suspect that between you and miz De there is a lot of enjoyment in growing food and canning together.

Good luck with a successful abundant harvest this year!

I just ordered this heirloom seed collection (shown below) from Amazon. It was only $29.95 and has WAY more than I'll be able to grow this year. Maybe I'll just do a few of each.

I particularly like the fact that it's not overweight on any one thing. I already have tons of heirloom tomato, radish, green bean and squash seeds. I want more variety. If these veggies do well here, it will easily meet our need.

Starting this week, I'm going to begin loading up on canning jars. You guys would probably say that I've already got a ridiculous number of quart-sized jars, but I hope to acquire several times as many this year. I'm guessing that veggies will have to sustain us for a long while. I'll need to grow a lot and do a lot of canning.
