Tennessee tried to pass a bill that would have banned “Presidential electors from the state of Tennessee from casting a vote for any presidential or vice presidential candidate whose eligibility for office is in question or doubt at the time of the vote, and until such time as the candidate has been properly investigated and cleared of any reasonable doubt”.
New standard for democrats & RINOs is guilty until you have been proven innocent. (Cleared of reasonable doubt). Just someone accusing you would be reason enough to stop you from holding office.
