And, since it's an Open Carry State, where were all the other 'Good Guys' with guns? Can they ever have a parade, decent event again?

As one of the talking heads said earlier, we've felt safer wandering Europe than in our own big cities... Even in the '60's I wandered all over Chicago, never felt threatened, never a problem, wouldn't do it today in any of our big cities without looking over my shoulder a lot... Trained into situation awareness, I guess...

And 'good guys with guns' is all we need to protect us from the nutcase with a gun, eh?
