This makes me wonder why something like this is even permitted in State elections for Federal offices.

IF this kind of stuff is allowed to happen then I suggest that the UNION of States be dissolved and its every state for themselves. I am really sick of dumbass, ignorant, partisan hack dimwits thinking that they can just keep a legitimate candidate, any candidate , from being on a ballot to be voted on and let the voters decide..

Otherwise, we no longer have freedom to legitimately elect our governing leadership.

The Dems would love to just PICK their favorite Marxist liberal and not have a legal vote.
When ya can't beat'em, try to get them removed from the ballot seems to be the Democrat strategy..

These people should be rounded up for being a threat to national Democracy and sent over to North Korea where they should feel right at home..

Imagine that! I wonder why they don't want Americans to be able to choose their own leader. One would almost think that they're afraid...

If Donald Trump wins, there's a good chance he will be replacing the two oldest Supreme Court justices, both of whom are conservative. And then there is 68-year-old Sonia Sotomayor, who suffers from Type 1 diabetes and really OUGHT to do the right thing for liberal stooges by stepping down now. I wonder if she'll still be with us in four years? She had seizures in 2018.

78% of Democrats Want Trump’s Name Off the Ballot

Democrats overwhelmingly approve of states removing former President Donald Trump’s name from 2024 election ballots.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of state officials removing Trump’s name from the ballot, including 34% who Strongly Approve. Fifty percent (50%) disapprove, including 42% who Strongly Disapprove of states taking Trump’s name off the ballot. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The survey of 880 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted on February 8 and 11-12, 2024 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research.
