Zim: Russia has threatened to do that. Trump has also threatened to 'not defend' any NATO country that does not meet NATO minimum defense spending requirements. But I have doubts that Russia will invade any NATO country any time soon - Not enough front line tanks to get the job done.

History shows that if we continue..will end up sending troops into Ukraine.

Zim: I very much doubt that. If congress won't send Ukraine more money and munitions . . . I doubt that they'd allow any President to send in troops.

Losing Ukraine would not be the end of the world for NATO or the United States. But, as Ribit pointed out, losing Ukraine would put Ukraine's assets into Russian hands.

Personally, I'd rather we send Ukraine more ammo and let them continue to bleed Russia white.

The pro war folks say that this is why we need to give them all our money

I don’t believe Russia will invade any NATO country.
And now it seems you don’t either?

History shows that if we continue..will end up sending troops into Ukraine.
We will spend a trillion dollars.
25 - 50 thousand of our troops will be killed or maimed
Then we’ll pull out of the country leaving it to the “enemy”.
That’s our history.
