I disagree with ya there, yer majesty. There is some corruption inherent in EVERY government, that's for sure, but the Israelis have obviously used our aid to help develop a thriving nation for ALL of its residents and protected by, man for man, one of the most efficient and deadliest military machines on the planet - they have to be because most of the planet wants them dead.
Ukraine was known to be very corrupt before its squabbles with Putin. I don't imagine it's very much different, now.
