absolutely spot on! Yes sir. I am in favor of accountability and openness. Things done in secret tend to be that way for a reason.. You already know that so I am not saying anything you don't already know.

Corruption was what Ukraine was known for prior to the Russian invasion.. It's kinda why I wonder if it was there before where did it go?

Micro > Accountability is always a good thing. Ukraine does not have the best reputation when it comes to large amounts of money coming in in history...


And that is very true Boss.
I truly wish there was some auditing and accountability going on with ALL the moneys 'given' to 'help' other countries.

But then biden and company would have a hard time stealing and getting kickbacks, wouldn't they? (And there in lies the crux of the problem.)
