My oldest daughter who lives not very far from us and as you know is a high school advanced sciences teacher and head of that department, was awarded a PHD by the University of Cincinnati a few weeks ago in Biological sciences.
She had been working on accumulating lots of hours after her masters toward the doctorate and apparently the university finally said she had enough.
She is now qualified to teach advanced college courses for credit for the University that the high school students can take and earn college credits in these science courses at the university..
Kinda neat to be able to call her "Doc" as well as her sister the Lawyer now for a very large cyber security company.. Same one her husband works for.. Only she is the corporate legal beagle.. She travels a lot and meets people from all over the world.
I sometimes wonder "whose daughters are these ? "
They are way smarter than me..
