Yeah, just think joe biden, hunter, and Burisma. But, in that instance there was a Ukrainian who was going to investigate Burisma in an anti-corruption fashion - till biden sr. got him fired.
And, in checking on something for De, I found that Russia is rated as more corrupt than Ukraine. (Ukraine is a pretty corrupt place, granted, but it is not anywhere near the top 10.)
