It's a shame that Ukraine has suffered deaths and dismemberments of so many of its MALE citizens and soldiers. Even innocent women civilians were killed and wounded..
And as much as Ukraine wants to celebrate that they halted or paused the Russian advances , at what cost did that happen??? How will that country ever regain the men it has lost? They aren't around to reproduce anymore...
It is a losing battle anyway one wants to view it.
The end result is going to be the same unless the ALLIES ALL step in and use their military might to repel the Russian army themselves. Ukraine is not going to do it..
BUT
when do we say enough? At what cost to our own society and country do we continue this? We carry the brunt of every war and bailing out other countries.
Our economy is not exactly humming along with billions upon billions to throw away...
THERE MUST be some point when we say we will not go any farther,,,
Yes, the people of Ukraine were brave to fight and stand. Many are now fatherless homes and destroyed cities and places to live. How do you replace that?
In my opinion only, it is time to ease out of this and stop. I know it isn't going to happen with this administration who are anti-American as well.
But iffen I were the decision maker, this participation of the degree we are doing, would need to end immediately..
