Once again, another imposter who pretends they KNOW the LAW and even managed to become a JUDGE and yet does not even know nor understand what the Foundational BASE, The Constitution says about certain issues, like this.
If ya don't know the BASICS, HOW in Heaven's NAME did you get to become someone who is supposed to know and understand those same laws and yet we find that like this politician pretending to be a judge, DOES NOT KNOW what is in the Constitution and the amendments...

Absolutely.. But then again, why should we be surprised an incompetent idiot is pretendning to be someone who knows the law and is a "judge". MAybe he's qualified to be Judge of the local Mickey Mouse club. No offense to that local club...
