it was a long drive in rain but I made it..
I am more tired than usual so it tells me my stamina has not returned or is not going to return to where it was before all the medical issues started and are not yet over.

I hate getting older. I bet Ribit could tell me lots of fun things to look forward to..
Maybe its my diet.. Maybe I should consider trying to get down my throat some of them southern maggots in a bowl.
Is there more protein in them thangs ???

Do they give ya more energy? prolly not... Guess I'll just eat a protein bar or drink a protein shake. Sound lots better...
