Me and Ribs, Ribs more so than me, are too old to be help and besides, we both already had the pleasure of serving in war zones...
On a personal note, I do not like or trust Zelensky any farther than I can see him. Y'alls mileage may vary.
As for the Russian appetite for more land, Well, I can't fault Ukraine for wanting to defend itself and people.
I just think if NATO wanted to help, then ALL of the NATO countries should be helping and the majority fall on the U.S. all the time like it has and does...
For those who have not been on a battlefield in wartime,
it isn't someplace ya want to be and the memories of what your eyes see will lasy your lifetime.. And those are NOT good images of bodies blown wide open or in half with the internals hanging out lots of times. Sometimes legs and arms are mangles laying next to a body..
Blood everywhere... I am not desirous of being in a war again.. Nor do I wish it upon ANYONE else including the Ukraine people nor the Russians..
Just how I see it... YMMV......
