Early sanctions on Russia did NOTHING to 'harm' russia's efforts: opened up NORDSTROM, stood in the way of Ukraine getting planes that would have given much needed air support in the beginning, stood in the way of ANY 'offensive' weapons to Ukraine when it would have done some good, russian oil and gas INCREASED marketability and profitability (helped by the recent BIP prohibition of USA LNG exports) - and so on.
Is Ukraine blackmailing Biden today ? Don't know, but if so, it's US paying the piper with Brandon getting a huge amount of that back 'under the table' - so what would he care ?

I used to have a jaundiced eye for 'black flag' theories, but after the release of the JFK archives about 10 years ago, and seeing the OFFICIAL CIA plans for a black flag op in Miami (long rumored) in an ACTUAL USA GOVERNMENT official file ... I no longer chalk those theories up to 'propeller heads'. That release of info, hidden ever since the Warren Commission, was a real eye opener.
