Re: “I wonder iffen a sharpshooter could put a bullet between his eyes?”
Shooting through glass is tricky. I remember the 'Good Guys Electronics Store' hostage situation in Sacramento from 30 years ago. 40 people were taken hostage. A dozen or so were sitting on the floor, lined up to be seen through the store's front doors. Negotiations were going poorly, and when one of the gunmen brandished his weapon before the hostages, a sniper took a shot... And missed. The gunman then ran from one side of the room to the other shooting everyone. Three hostages died... as did three of the four terrorists.

I wonder iffen a sharpshooter could put a bullet between his eyes?

I know it would be too easy of an end to this useless criminal but its the best I can think of at the moment.

Maybe we could shoot him in both legs first breaking those bones, then possibly work on the arms and Hip?

I wouldn't kill him. Want him to experience what pain feels like in a big way so he never forgets. A good round of sharpshooter target practice...
