I'll give you two 'answers' as to why there is 'electrical grid instability'.
1.) Government ineptitude. Caused by the push to 'green energy'. Green energy is intermittent and unreliable. OF COURSE there will be 'grid instability with it in the mix.
2.) 'Regulators' (or power companies) not allowing high enough rates to do upgrades and full maintenance on the power grid(s). (Or thieves plundering the moneys rate-payers paid supposedly for maintenance and upgrades.)
And, just so you know, the federal government is the LAST place Americans should be looking to to 'scrounge up the money' to 'fix' our power problems.
