From what I was reading, what the Supreme Court did was to decide that Texas COULD deport illegals while the Appellate Court 'decided' the matter. In essence, kicking the matter back down to the appellate court.

Then the 'appellate court' decided to make a hasty irrational decision - obviously NOT taking the time to look at how the Texas law supports American actual immigration law NOR did the appellate court consider the ramifications of the matter. Nor did they even consider the Un-
Constitutionality of the biden administrations REFUSAL to enforce America's immigration laws.
