I decided to see if there was any info on the estimated and some verified IQ levels of the Presidents Some that may be of some interest are as follows:

Donald J Trump 145
Barack Obama 155
JOE BIDEN 115
After Looking at most of the former Presidents, Joe Biden is the lowest IQ of them. No wonder he is such a leader and does stupendous things both with his mouth and his ideas. What a leader.
One thing LOW IQ's like his do really well though is figure out how to run shady dealings and scam money..
YA gotta admit Crooked Joe and his boy were well into that enterprise..
SO it makes sense. If ya don't have the brains to do well legally in this world and be successful then use whatever ya got to be a con man and criminal.. He's conned the dumb-asses in Connecticut for a long time and they bought it all.... It doesn't say much about the people there.
ALL that being said, his criminal side to enrich himself was not going to come from his superior intellect and being able to offer solutions to problems that he could actually solve or think through. I am somewhat surprised he managed to pass himself off as someone who knows something.
