Riddle me this: How are RED FLAGS laws legal in ANY sane persons head ?
These are blatant PRIOR RESTRAINT which, until recently, was considered to be totally illegal.
We are also denied the absolute Constitutional right to 'confront our accusers' by any of these Soviet era/Nazi Stasi 'submit your reports against whomever' totally anonymously.
If one looks at our Bill of Rights, 5 of the 10 Ammendments restrict the COURTS on what they may or may not do. Seems to me our Founding Fathers certainly recognized the danger of government 'regulation' and 'taking' without very strict restrictions ... All of which appear to be ignored en masse by today's NIP (Nazis in power) or SIPS if you prefer (Soviets in Power),
Cops are routinely criminally tried and convicted for 'denying Civil Rights' under 'colour of law',
About time to start applying the very same laws against rogue DA's, Atty Gens, and judges. If the 'limited immunity' of police are so routinely trodden, time to start prosecuting a whole s' load of DA's and Judges for the sane thing - starting with those illegal 'gag orders' that so many judges luv to issue.
Let's start with ATTY GEN GARLAND, and JACK SMATH - who are particularly egregious.
