Yes, "peaceable assembly" is correct ... but, there's also the matter that this is private property and you cannot just waltz onto someone else's private property and cause a ruckus to antagonize the owners.

All in all, from what I saw, they were actually quite nice in how they showed the door to these rabble-rousers.

We are far too tolerant of protesters. I know peaceable assembly is a protected right, but "Peaceble" needs to be clarified to keep protests reasonable. Or perhaps "macing" could be adjudged a reasonable, peaceable response available to members of the public.
