People who simply willfully go against GOD and sin and never repent of their sins are bound for HELL which was created for Satan and his demonic angels. It was not intended for mankind but since people reject HIM and SIN cannot enter into HIS PRESENCE nor His Kingdom, those people will then live in the place that was made for Satan and his demonic angelic host that rebelled against GOD and lost!
One day all those perverts will be Judged and dealt with by an angry God, even as non perverts who also have refused to bow their knees to HIM and place their hope and faith only in HIS SON..
SO, as Solomon said at the end of Ecclesiastes, There is NOTHING NEW UNDER the SUN... Not today or ever.....
