No. Ukraine is 77% Ukrainian, 17% Russian, and only 4% Anything Else. The official language is Ukrainian, but Russian is also spoken throughout the country. The areas captured by Russia so far have an overwhelmingly Russian ethnicity that considers itself Russian, not Ukrainian.
