I did not have a lot of interaction with Snapits. I started emailing with him before he became a stoic and what I learned was that he was not a very happy camper and nobody was gonna change his mind..
Stubborner than a team of mules... I could never understand it except that his disposition was pretty sour.
Zim has more patience than me so maybe he might have more insight..
