I see you got that great GM feeling.
They have to keep their parts segment thriving. It's called that GREAT GM Feeling with genuine GM parts. You only need them because the vehicle quality is so bad..
My son in law and daughter had enough of their Traverse.
Finely made by Chevrolet. UAW's finest craftsmen.
The garage had it more than they did for two years.
They finally had enough and decided to get rid of it and buy another 3 seat row SUV.
So they asked ME, (I still am in shock), what my experiences had been so I told them.
Next week son on law was pitting one dealer against another , sales manager versus sales manager for the same vehicle, two different dealerships.
Finally after all the back and forth they got the very bottom line and poicked up a new full size SUV, a SANTA FE by Hyundai. It is an Ultimate trim level.
They've had 3 years now and not one problem. They drive it everywhere following their daughter's women's softball games in college. SO it gets a lot of mileage..
A whole lot different than their experiences with American made junk..
Mine has been the same since 2005 when I bought my first non-American car. Drove it 145,000 problem free miles and sold it in 20 minutes after I posted it with pics.
There were six people bidding for it and it was gone in 25 minutes. Looked like NEW and drove like new. 130,000 miles on it.
So I am on my next non-American Vehicle as is my wife..
SO far, same results.. Perfect except for the cylinder block problem Hyundai knew they had and they stepped up to make it right for everyone who had trouble with that particular cast block..
I got a brand new long block at no charge after 104,000 miles.. That was out of warranty and they could have refused but they did not. They honored their commitment.
There is no way GM or Ford or Chrysler would ever do that..
SO I am a happy user of Asian cars..
