Is there NOT something in the LAW that says that a President must be mentally competent????
This clown is in late stage 3 or just crossed into stage 4
of Dementia.. ANYONE who knows the progression of this BRAIN disease can see it and observe its progressions thru stage 7.
He is incompetent and unable to to fulfill the requirements of the Presidency and should be replaced at once.

AT WHAT POINT does ANYONE challenge his mental capacity and condition to have him evaluated and declared to have third or fourth stage dementia???
