I like Tulsi Gabbard in many ways ... and, yes ... she absolutely would be the best looking Vice President this country has ever had ... BUT, if Trump were to become incapacitated or die while in office, there are also many things on which we disagree that would make me VERY leery of her being POTUS.
This is just me ... because I am looking at this through the lens of "what I would do if I was elected POTUS" ... but, I want a Vice President whose primary job is to work with the cabinet secretaries to decimate the federal bureaucracies ... and I truly believe that Tulsi would NOT be on board with that. I suppose this government hatchet man (so to speak) doesn't have to be the VPOTUS, but I truly believe the vice presidency would be the perfect position to handle that job.
