Re: “They call it ejection fraction. Should be 60. Mines around 45 ”
The ejection fraction, as measured by an echocardiogram, is only a guess. It's an EDUCATED guess, but still... a guess.

If your ejection fraction is really 45, it's not all that bad. The doctors are probably concerned that it might get worse, which is why they're monitoring it so closely. That, or because of thickening of the heart walls, the left ventricle doesn't hold as much blood as it should. If that happens, your ejection fraction can be good but the heart still isn't emitting enough blood.

The following comes from the Cleveland Clinic website:

see y'all a bit later. I am literally physically wore out and I haven't really done anything..

I know why as does the cardiologist. Its a lack of blood being pumped. Its only around 80 percent and that's because the ventricle itself won't or can't do any more.

This is the reason they keep checking it They call it ejection fraction. Should be 60.

Mines around 45 and that is why I supopsedly am taking these different pills from the cardiologist..

I wonder of there is a surgical fix for that ventricle to pump more blood.. Hmmmmmmmmm
