The son of Citi Private Bank’s former CEO allegedly groped a woman during a New Years party at a ritzy Bahamas resort, prompting her husband to slap the 19-year-old in the face, according to a new report.

Spencer Charrington, 19, was arrested but released without charge for allegedly touching Diana Gagnon, 35, as she danced at a Moulin Rouge-themed party at the 600-acre Albany Bahamas luxury resort, the Daily Mail reported.

Gagnon’s husband, Phillipe Gagnon, 55, allegedly warned the theater student to “get the f–k out of here” before slapping him twice in the face when he refused to leave.

Phillipe, a father-of-five, was arrested four days later and charged with harming Spencer, whose father Peter Charrington now serves as a senior executive partner for the resort’s parent company.

Phillipe was released on $1,500 bail but could face up to half a year in prison if he’s found guilty at his upcoming trial on June 3.

“My husband will fight the charges because he did absolutely nothing wrong,” Gagnon told the Mail. “I was subjected to a humiliating and frightening assault and he stepped in to ensure my safety.”

The Gagnons added that following the New Year’s incident, their $90,000-per-year membership at the resort was suspended.

Gagnon eventually filed a complaint against Spencer with the Royal Bahamas Police Force, who arrested him on April 4 and released him without charge pending an investigation, according to the Mail.

Spencer, a student at Maryland’s McDaniel College, denied the allegations and told police he was only complimenting the feathers on her dress’ skirt.

A lawyer representing the teenager allegedly proposed a settlement in February where both sides would agree to drop all charges and pay one another $100 in damages, but the Gagnons refused because the deal wouldn’t have reinstated their membership.

Along with fighting the charges, Gagnon is calling on police to believe her and her husband’s account, which she said is backed by witnesses at the party.

“I feel it’s unfair that police only charged Phillipe since two witnesses to the groping came to the police station and gave statements,” she told the Mail.

An attorney for Spencer and Albany did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
