More than that. Much more than that.

Every conviction the judge has ever overseen must be retried or reversed. After all, the judge just acknowledged that the Constitution does not exist in her courtroom. That's not a "one case" statement. It's an "every case" statement. Every single convict who had the misfortune of being tried under this judge should be allowed to challenge the conviction. If a different verdict is reached in a new trial, he should be positioned to sue the state of New York and/or the judge personally.
