This may be a little boring for some but I discovered back in 2015 that adding a clear bra of film over the front end of the car to keep road gravel from scratching and chipping it all up otherwise known as Road Rash.
As I just had the hood of my SUV removed and stripped and re-primed and painted due to some rock chips, I am having a clear film put on the front end and half the hood.
This way when I am driving along on the highways and interstates my SUV is not going to get all dinged up and have paint chips on it..
That'll also make the vehicle more sellable when the time comes.
I already know my next car will be a Genesis .
I would like to have a real nice luxury car sometime.
They compare well to Lexus and I will have to choose between them . Both are very nice. My brother in law's Lexus has 400,000 miles on it and has never had an engine or transmission problem..
That in itself is remarkable. The exhaust is original. Including all the pipes. No rust and he lives in Michigan.
So a few things to look forward to down the road just a little..
