James chapter 5 and verse 16 says
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much

There are requirements established by GOD regarding Prayer.
Chanting is not prayer. Repeating and reciting something is not prayer.
A RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with HIM is a requirement. God does not hear anything from non-repentant hearts.
ALL prayer requests that are made to HIM require a RIGHT HEART in a RIGHT Spiritual condition. Simply put, one cannot have unconfessed and non-repented of SIN in their life. God is HOLY and HE does not hear nor listen to unholy unbelievers or believers who have SIN ruling and reigning in thheir lives.
THIS is the VERY REASON Christ willingly LEfT HIS THRONE in Heaven, reduced and humbled Himelf to take upon HIM (DEITY) the flesh and blood of men, kept himself sinless throughout his life on earth, and offered Himself (allowed) to become the only acceptable sacrifice and offering that GOD the FATHER would accept on behalf of all mankind's sins. His own Divine blood.
Scripture says that "without the shedding of blood there IS NO remission of sin."
IN order to have power in Prayer and for GOD the FATHER to hear you, you must first have a right relationship with HIM. One SUBMITS themselves and YIELDS their will and HEARTS to HIM in obedience to HIS Divine authority and power. HE alone is worthy to be praised according to the scriptures.
This is the whole reason why it is fruitless to attempt to pray to HIM unless you have SUBMITTED to HIM and confessed your sins and asked HIS forgiveness and taken CHRIST and accepted HIS substitutionary death on the Cross, HIS BLOOD sacrifice for your sins, and yield your will to HIS.
Muslims have been at war with the only true GOD of Abraham from the time Abraham sent Ishmael away.
Only the bloodlines of Joseph and Mary are both from DAVID who was a man after God's own heart.
I do not know if anyone here has ever had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with an Arab man who saw the light and turned his life over to Christ .. I have. They know the Joy and Security of the Son of God and it clearly shows. They have been set free from Bondage.
On his deathbed, my muslim IN-Law listened to the testimony of his son , and turned to Christ and and asked HIS forgiveness and to have his name written in The LAmb's Book of Life.
Because of that act of faith and trust, HE was calmed afterward and got a huge smile on his face right before he passed into eternity and Heaven's Glory.
SO, I have little hope that this Muslim named Raisi is in the presence of Jesus after denying HIM all his life..
