Finished watching. WELL WORTH the time spent.

I found no factual errors in the doco - and had to completely agree with the viewpoints expressed.

If you use 'apps' on a cell phone, do banking or transactions digitally - you should REALLY reconside.

And the idea that 'crypto' currencies are 'secure' because they use 'blockchain' - YGBSM - no way. Nor are 'secure' https connections actually secure. Encrypted email/files ... fuggetaboutit.

On cell phones - think about it. Their Operating Systems are AT LEAST ONE GIGABYTE in size. With that many lines of 'code' - you can be absolutely CERTAIN that they really DO NOT have any security. There will be holes and backdoors galore. You can't have that many bits of code without any errors, intended or not, that can be easily exploited.

Take it from someone who has been there, dun that.

Remember DEC - Digital Equipment Corporation, and the VAX computer systems? Pretty sophisticated at the time, and pretty security conscious. I found a MAJOR flaw that was easily exploited to give me unrestricted system administrator privileges. And I don't really consider myself to be a 'hacker' - there are folks out there, especially in the gubnuts, that make what I do/did look like child's play.

Take a look at the 'Vault 7' archives on Wikileaks (if you can still find it) and you will see why you should NEVER consider your personal computer or cell phone to be 'secure'. They are not - not by a million miles.

The FOUR MOST DANGEROUS WORDS in today's society:

'See something, Say something'.

Think carefully about that. The USSR, Nazi Germany, Vichy France, ALL REPRESSIVE REGIMES utilize this form of 'neighbour surveillance' and reporting to more tightly control their citizens. And they still do. It is UN-Constitutional and widely used today by keeping these informers protected by 'anonymity guarantees'. So much for the right to confront our accusers. It is gone.

But TODAY, that massive surveillance by idiot tools of the regime, are FAR surpassed by the capabilities of unregulated spying (totally unregulated despite so-called non-existent 'oversight'). Trump was 1,000% correct when he stated that his 2016 campaign was spied on, illegally, by the US Goobernuts. Even that pales in comparison to the astronomical level of surveillance by the State upon every single person in the United States.

I can give you personal experiences, but need only point to the RAW EXPOSURE of that spying OPENLY demonstrated by the persecution and prosecutions of the JAN 6, 2021 LEGAL demonstrations. The STATE openly demonstrated their TOTAL POWER to even assassinate a non-violent demonstrator, with no prosecution of the executioner for the death of Ashley Babbit.

We are currently living in a POLICE STATE of massive oppression - it is NOT an 'imaginary' Orwellian state - It is an ACTUAL FACT.

I am currently wading through a FACTUAL, AWARD WINNING documentary produced in 2014 about this surveillance state. It is slow going, for me, because I pause it repeatedly to fully absorb and think about the information being presented. It is a well done piece of work, and includes interviews with Edward Snowden (whom I respect, and my brother {retired USAF F-111/F-15 pilot and Iraq war II veteran} absolutely reviles.) I respect my brother, A LOT, and respect him and his opinions greatly, even when I disagree. He is a true conservative and patriot.

The documentary also includes Greenwald and congressional testimony like the perjury of Clapper.
