If this is true . . . Smells to me like putin fears he is about to lose this one.

My opinion - Ukraine needs to blow up a few more russian oil depots. Sink a couple more russian ships. And tell putin if he wants peace he needs to remove ALL russian forces and any russian civilians who want to leave from Ukraine.
