So, which one do you suppose will overwhelmingly be the destination of these Massachusetts multi-millionaires seeking a better tax environment?

The only consolation I can see is that they aren't numerous. But they do tend to be influential. I'm no fan of liberal influences.

You are correct that they'll flee Massachusetts in droves. A 4% "surcharge" on incomes above $1,000,000, plus the state's 5% flat income tax, means that they're shelling out $90,000 per year MINIMUM. The more they earn, the harder they're being whacked. Only a financial idiot would stick around for that. (Say what you want about liberal multi-millionaires, but they aren't financial idiots.)

Those who live in Boston and who need to be there will make the short, 30-mile move to my state.

So, I well imagine New Hampshire is a prime location for them. And, you're quite right to be concerned because ... just like mooslims who move to escape their Middle East hell-holes and dutifully bring Sharia Law with them to transform their new surroundings into yet another hell-hole ... Democrat retards (oh ... sorry for repeating myself) move to escape repressive and debilitating Democrat policies in California, Illinois, New York, etc. and then vote for the same crap in their new state of residence. R.E.T.A.R.D.S.

I really think we should go out of our way to honor the voter registrations of the people moving into our state from California, Illinois, New York, Oregon, Minnesota, Washington, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island, D.C., Vermont, Maryland, and Hawaii. For the first twenty years of their residency, here, they are free to vote in the elections of their former state, BUT NOT HERE.
