Re: “WHO in Russia is actually powerful enough to assassinate Putin?”
You're sounding naive, but okay. In the leftmost photo below, the woman behind Putin could - or could have - done it. The man, probably military, standing behind her could do it too. In the rightmost photo there are a whole BUNCH of people who are powerful enough to assassinate him.

Anybody with access to Putin, or with knowledge of his security and schedule, could do it. There are too many to count. About all it takes is somebody properly positioned and willing to die to accomplish the task.

But who could do it without risking death? I don't have their names, but look into how Gorbachev was taken down. TPTB in this world aren't all politicians.

Decomposed > All he has to do is agree to your terms? Okay, except you left one out: He has to agree to be assassinated or executed since that's what would happen if he agreed to all that.

I'm pretty sure you made this assertion before. I don't see it.

WHO in Russia is actually powerful enough to assassinate Putin?

My thinking is that considering what 'Putin's War' has already cost Russia . . . More than a few Russians ought to want to assassinate him. But they haven't.
